Blooms grew from a long-standing connection to coffee and the sense of connection it naturally creates.
After years spent working in cafés and around coffee, returning to it felt instinctive. Blooms is about coming back to what feels right — doing one thing well, keeping it honest, and creating something sustainable for the long term.
A mobile setup allows flexibility and focus. It keeps things simple, adaptable, and grounded, while allowing us to bring Blooms to different settings and occasions without losing what matters most.
WHAT WE SERVE
We serve specialty coffee, wellness-focused drinks, and fresh bakes.
Our coffee is made using carefully selected beans, roasted for balance and clarity, and developed in partnership with Maude Coffee Roasters in Leeds. The focus is on consistency and approachability — familiar classics alongside seasonal options.
Alongside coffee, we offer a small range of premium adaptogenic lattes, herbal drinks, and functional beverages. These are comforting, nourishing options designed to support wellbeing without feeling complicated or trend-led.
To complement our drinks, we serve fresh bakes, chosen to pair naturally with the menu. Simple, satisfying, and made with quality ingredients.
